On March 13, 2022, our monthly release was available to be deployed either on demand or per your predefined maintenance schedule.
A problem was identified which impacted Reflection customers related to letters. A letter sent for an account with no bundle id caused an error preventing the letter from being identified as having been sent. As a result each letter in this scenario remained schedule and was sent again with the next letter export causing duplicate letters. A release patch to fix this behavior has now been provided and is available to be deployed on demand or per your next scheduled deploy.
Non-reflection customers (Enterprise, Professional & Small Business) should not have accounts with null bundle_ids and should therefore not have been impacted by the identified problem. However, the release patch must be deployed to all customers.
In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 10-15 minutes may be experienced.
