On November 13, 2022, our monthly release was deployed.

 

A problem was discovered specific to customers using the Solutions By Text (SBT) vendor. There was potential that a customer's application database might lock up while importing opt in data from SBT.

 

A patch was released on December 13, 2022 to fix the problem.

 

In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 10-15 minutes may be experienced.
