# 2023-02-21 ACE Release Patch

On February 12, 2023, our monthly release was deployed.

We have identified a scenario which has resulted in a customer experiencing problems accessing ACE.

A customer with the following in place may have experienced this problem.

1. "Send emails between 8am and 9pm only" set to true in Email Preferences
2. ELS enabled
3. A vendor export job being run outside of the 8am-9am consumer time window with more than 2000 emails or multiple emails to the same account

A patch is being deployed to fix this problem. Customers who may have experienced the problem described above should deploy the fixed release.

**In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 10-15 minutes may be experienced.**
