      On September 17, 2023, our monthly release was deployed.

       

      We've come across a situation that, on rare occasions, could result in ITMS text messages being received from an unintended origination number.

      A patch is being deployed to fix this issue. Most customers should not have been impacted by this issue.

       

      In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 60 minutes may be experienced.

       

      We apologize for the inconvenience this may create, but please know that we are dedicated to taking corrective actions whenever appropriate.
