On May 12, 2024, our monthly release was deployed.
An option for additional authentication requirements for VA 2.0 accounts based on logic was released on May 12th.
Consumers attempting to log in where the additional authentication is in place have experienced problems successfully logging in. They have seen a page of code presented instead of the expected log in page or error.
This is corrected with the latest patch to VA 2.0
There is no down time related to receiving this patch. You should have the update now.
