On May 12, 2024, our monthly release was deployed.

A problem was discovered where attempting to register an account in VA 2.0 was resulting in errors. The problem has been fixed with this patch.
Navigation Action Codes have been introduced. The keyboard commands for these codes will be useful for agents, but to avoid cluttering up the Action Code drop down list they are being removed from that list.

In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.
