# 2026-07-19-ace-release-patch-ri-agent-goals-fix

On July 19, 2026, our monthly release was deployed.

An issue was identified where Rainmaker Insights (RI) Core Agent Goals reports (Agent Goal Bar Chart and Agent Goal Table) were failing to load. This has been fixed.

**In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.**

We apologize for the inconvenience associated with this. Please know that we are dedicated to taking corrective actions whenever appropriate.
