About Bundle Groups

• ACE allows you to sub-group accounts within a bundle using a bundle group.

• You can create multiple bundle groups based on your business needs.

• Once a bundle group has been created you can:

  • Create workflow that only applies to accounts in the bundle group.

  • Send letters only to account in the bundle group.

  • Filter the bundle list to accounts in the bundle group. To do this click on the  symbol in the far right gold bar of the bundle list and select the applicable bundle group name. ACE will only display accounts in that bundle group. Repeat and click “All” to see the entire list again.

• A Bundle Group can be based on specific fields and can be limited using logic blocks.

Create a bundle group:

1. Go to Setup → Accounts → Bundle Groups and click New.

2. Populate the label. This is what will display in the filter dropdown.

3. Copy and paste the label into the identifier field.

4. Create the selection criteria using one or both of the following:

   1. Click into the box for Group By Fields and select the fields you want to use in the bundle group.

   2. Create a logic block and select it in the dropdown menu of the Logic field.

5. Click Save.

6. Add to workflow as needed.
