The File Manager allows users to perform common file operations such as creating, opening, renaming, copying, moving and deleting files and folders.
Locating File Manager
To locate the File Manager, you can use one of the two options:
Navigate to Utilities → File Manager
From the Home Page Sidebar: Select “File Manager”
Folders
Folders are grouped as follows:
Backups - stores backup folders
Clients - stores client folders
Public - stores images
Users - stores ACE user folders
Creating Folders
To create a folder:
Right-click on an empty space and select "New Folder" button in the menu
Name the folder
Press Submit to create the folder
To create a subfolder- highlight the "parent" folder and follow the above steps.
Documents
Upload files by drag-n-drop or use the upload button.
Download documents by clicking on the document desired.
In the File Manager, new and active files are displayed in black, while viewed files are displayed in grey.
