Adding Accounts to a Worklist
In this video, we'll explore how to add accounts to the Example Dispute Worklist. We'll focus on one specific method – demonstrating how to add accounts using a Logic Block.
Additional Methods
There are various methods to add accounts to a worklist:
Agents can manually add accounts to a worklist, requiring the "Manage-Worklists" permission.
Automatic Addition: Triggered through an action path and job.
Integration of a Logic Block into the Selection Logic Field within Build options.
Build Options Section
To create a new Logic Block:
Navigate to the Build Options Section.
Click on the dial icon next to the Selection Logic field.
Create the Logic Block
The Logic Block will be created to return accounts that have been disputed.
Create a new logic condition, providing a Label, Description, and check 'Return Primary Account Only' if needed. Add fields and specify logic and conditions for accounts. Click Apply, then Test and review. - Save when satisfied.
Selection Logic Field
Select your Logic Block from the Selection Logic dropdown.
“Dispute Accounts”
Click Apply.
Build Now
Click on “Build Now” to initiate the Build Worklist Now job.
Job Screen
After clicking Build Now, the Job Screen will pop up, indicating that the logic is being applied. When the Build Worklist Now job is complete, return to the worklist.
Overview Section
The Overview section provides details related to the accounts in this worklist. Click View to display the current worklist contents in the order in which they are scheduled to work.
