Adding Itemization Transactions During Account Assignments
The Itemization Transactions Section represents owing and received adjustments that the client applied to the account between the itemization date and the assignment date. It's essential to add or load the Itemization Transactions at the time the account is assigned to ensure accurate records.
To include Itemization Transactions for an account, there are two methods: Manually and via ETL Loader
Manual Addition:
- Navigate to the Itemization Section on the account's Itemization Page: Recording and Managing Itemization Details.
- Click the "New" button located below the section on the right.
- Input the relevant transaction details.
Using an ETL Loader:
- Refer to Itemization transaction layout for guidance on using the ETL loader to load transactions to the account.
Verify Itemization Current Balance
After successfully loading or entering the transactions, it is crucial to verify whether the Itemization Current Balance matches the account's current balance. If there is a discrepancy, an Itemization Mismatch will be displayed, which warrants further investigation.
