In ACE, you can attach documents to individual accounts.
- Open the account page and click "Documents" in the Sidebar.
- Use the blue and white up arrow icon to upload the file. Note: If drag and drop doesn't work, click the icon instead.
- Return to the account page by clicking on the Agency # or the Client Account # in the summary section.
- Click "Documents" in the sidebar to access the uploaded file, which can be downloaded by clicking on it.
