Attach a file

In ACE, you can attach documents to individual accounts. 


  1. Open the account page and click "Documents" in the Sidebar.
  2. Use the blue and white up arrow icon to upload the file. Note: If drag and drop doesn't work, click the icon instead.
  3. Return to the account page by clicking on the Agency # or the Client Account # in the summary section.
  4. Click "Documents" in the sidebar to access the uploaded file, which can be downloaded by clicking on it.
