Bundle Preferences

Bundling preferences determine when accounts should automatically bundle, set accounts for pending bundle and for accounts you do not want to be bundled. 

Setup Bundle Preferences

Setup -Accounts-Bundling 

• >100 Weight = Automatically bundle
• > Pending Bundle Threshold total through 100 = Review before bundling

Balance weighting based on the number of different criteria you want to automatically bundle, those you want identified as pending bundle, and those you do not want to bundle or be identified as pending bundle.

Example Bundle Preference

In the example below,

• If the SSN for an account matches the SSN for another account, it will bundle automatically (Weight = 100)
• If at least three of the other criteria match between the new and existing account(s), it will bundle automatically (Total Weight = 35 x 3 = 105 (>100))
• If two of the other criteria match between the new and existing account(s), it won't bundle automatically, but will be identified for pending bundle action (Total Weight = 70 which is >Pending Bundle Threshold of 69)
• If only one of the other criteria match for the new account, it won't bundle automatically AND it won't be identified for pending bundle action
