# Client Profile Settlement Settings

Configurations at the client level define global settlement options for all associated accounts. If settlements are allowed for your client, complete the fields in the Settlement/Payment section.

## Field Definitions

| Field | Description |
| --- | --- |
| Exclude From Online Payments | Boolean value to prevent online payments. |
| Exclude Payment Fees | Boolean value to exclude payment fees. |
| Allows Settlement | Boolean value allowing settlements for this client. |
| Settlement Buckets | Defines the buckets included in settlements. |
| Min Settlement | Sets the minimum settlement percentage. |
| Min Settlement Amount | Sets the minimum settlement payment amount. |
| Min Settlement Amount Down | Sets the minimum down payment for a settlement. |
| Max Number of Days of Payment Plan | Defines the maximum number of days a payment plan can extend. |
| Max Number of Payments | Sets the maximum number of payments in a settlement payment plan. |
| Min Payment Amount | Defines the minimum payment allowed. |
| Max Days Out Plan Start Date | Limits how far out a payment plan can start. |
| Transaction Spreader | Select the spreader for transactions. |
| Judgment Spreader | Select the spreader for judgments. |
