      Commission
      Commission set at an Account level will override being set at a Client Level.


       

      Example:

      Customer calls in and says their Commission is set on Client at 10%, but was only paid 1% for an account. 

      Troubleshooting: 

      Verify commission set on Client Level


      Verify if commission set at Account Level

       

      If there is a difference, would need to either set Account Commission to match the Client Commission, OR remove the commission at Account Level.
