Create an action path named "Print Letter." 2. Add the Flow Action "Print Letter": This flow action will create the "PRINT_NOW" flag, which signifies the need for immediate printing. 1. Ensure the chosen destination supports local printing. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/6c7303ca-5ffc-4149-8868-8ea498eee635/Images/Documentation/Screenshot%202023-08-23%20095144.png?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T16%3A40%3A06Z&se=2026-10-31T17%3A40%3A06Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Uikqz4dRABu9O%2Fit6Zos2HTi1dfAs1Lm1WTAwwMEbBg%3D) Image Displays Flow Action Setup ## **Step 2: Action Code Configuration** 1. From the Action Code dropdown, select "Run the Print Letter Action Path". 2. Click Apply. 1. This adds the "PRINT_NOW" flag to the account. 2. The letter is then downloaded locally in a format compatible with local printing solutions (PDF, Word, etc.). 3. Once the process concludes, the "PRINT_NOW" flag is automatically removed. ![](https://cdn.document360.io/6c7303ca-5ffc-4149-8868-8ea498eee635/Images/Documentation/Print%20Action%20Path%20letter.gif?sv=2026-02-06&spr=https&st=2026-10-31T16%3A40%3A06Z&se=2026-10-31T17%3A40%3A06Z&sr=c&sp=r&sig=Uikqz4dRABu9O%2Fit6Zos2HTi1dfAs1Lm1WTAwwMEbBg%3D) GIF Demonstrates Steps 1-5 Above ### How does the downloadable letter feature work? If the action path contains the "Print Letter" action or employs the "PRINT_NOW" flag with specific IDs for letter profile and destination, the letter will download to the user's device upon page reload. The downloaded format is compatible with local printing, such as PDF or Word. ### What happens to the "PRINT_NOW" flag after the process is complete? Once the process concludes, the "PRINT_NOW" flag is removed from the account, indicating that the automated printing action has been executed.
