ACE core company reports offer a comprehensive view of various aspects including client history, goal achievements, assignment analysis, liquidation status, and transactional performance.

Note
While Core Reports offer commonly requested data, they are not customizable beyond their existing functionality.

Locating Core Company Reports

Go to Reports → Company
Select the Report from the sub-menu

Available Company Reports

The table below lists the available company reports, description, and how to run.

Report	Description	How to Run
Client History	Offers a year-over-year of collections, fees, and assignments by client. Pulls all clients if the Client Code field is blank.	Click + to add client(s). Select the month. Choose the Output format. Click run.
Client History Lifetime	Provides a complete view of collections, fees, and assignments by client. Pulls all clients if the Client Code field is left blank.	Click + to add client(s). Choose the Output format. Click run.
Goals	Indicates how often company-wide goals were met.	Select date from calendar icon. Choose the Output format. Click run.
History Analysis by Assignment	Offers a historical analysis of assignments, collections, commissions, cancelled, and open accounts. Can include transactions that have not been invoiced.	Click + to add client(s). Select the date from the calendar icon. Choose the Output format. Click run.
Liquidation	Displays when monies from assignments are collected, broken out by assigned age. Optional checkboxes allow additional selections.	Click + to add client(s). Select dates from calendar icon. Choose the Output format. Click run.
Performance	Provides an analysis of transactional data on a monthly basis. Note: judgment payments are only included under judgement clients.	Click + to add client(s). Choose the Output format. Click run.
Performance (Invoiced)	Analyzes invoiced transactional data on a monthly basis. Note: judgement payments are only included under judgement clients.	Click + to add client(s). Choose the Output format. Click run.

Company Goals
Company goals are configured under Setup → Company Goal. Th reports for Company Goals is updated once a month by a job.

Company Report Permissions

The table below lists the permissions needed to view and run the associated reports. Refer to Finding Permissions and Permission Roles in ACE for additional details.
