ACE core users reports offer detailed insights into user activities, roles, permissions, worklists, and UI templates within the ACE platform.
Note
While Core Reports offer commonly requested data, they are not customizable beyond their existing functionality.
Locating Core Users Reports
Go to Reports → Users
Select the desired report from the sub-menu
Available Users Reports
The table below lists the available users reports, description, and how to run.
Report | Description | How to Run |

Current User Sessions | Lists all users currently logged into ACE. | Click the link to pull the information. |
Users Role | Provides a list of all users assigned to a certain role. | Select the desired role to view the associated users. |
Users Permissions | Lists all users assigned to a certain permission. | Select the permission to view the role. See Users with Specific Permission Roles for more information. |
Roles Permissions | Displays all roles assigned to a certain permission. | Select the role permission to view. See Permissions Across Multiple Roles for more information. |
Users Worklist | List all users assigned to a certain worklist. | Select the user and the associated worklists are displayed. |
Users UI (User Interface) Templates | Provides a list of all users assigned to a certain UI. | Select the desired UI Template to view users with that template. |
