This article will demonstrate how to create Client Profiles.


Information Section

  1. Client-Profiles-New
  2. Locate Information Section
  3. Enter Data, fields with an (*) are required fields

Invoice Profiles Section

  1. Locate Invoice Profile Section
  2. Add Invoice Profile

Primary and Secondary Contact Section

  1. Enter contact information for Primary and Secondary Contact (if available)

Calculate Interest and Settlement Payment Sections

  1. Locate Calculate Interest section
  2. Enter interest rate if applicable
  3. Locate Settlement/Payment Section
  4. Check if Client allows settlement
  5. Select settlement buckets
  6. Enter settlement Percentage (or other settlement options)
  7. Select Transaction Spreader

Invoice Preferences and Reporting Preferences Sections

  1. Enter data pertaining to your customer
  2. Locate the Reporting Preference Section
  3. Enter data pertaining to your customer
