VoApps Dialer Configuration
Setup- Vendors- Dialer- New
Enter Vendor Information
Be sure to choose the "VoApps" provider. Once you hit Apply, the Dialer Codes should auto-populate with default settings.
Transactional Campaigns
When choosing the Transactional Campaigns you will want to choose the "Export Flag Identifier" to flag accounts. Make sure to enter your API key from VoApps in the "Secret Key" field.
Next you'll want to create your exports and import jobs.
There are two new job tasks Export VoApps Dialer Data and Import VoApps Dialer Data:
For both of these tasks, the available job properties change on-the-fly as you enter data. You will want to make sure you enter the initial fields first and hit Apply, then wait for the additional settings to pop in.
For the Export task, choose Transactional or Standard campaign and Apply.
Transactional will use the "Export Flag Identifier" from the Vendor configuration and export those to VoApps.
Standard will use take a folder and file mask to find files you've generated from an SQL Report.
The "Standard" file must be a CSV and include two fields: "account_number" and "phone_number"
You can include more fields if you like and those will come back in the results file (though currently they wouldn't be used for anything).
You can run the import as often as you like, but it will only pull the results for a campaign back after it's completed and it was created in the date range specified.
