Download and Upload Form Configurations

This feature enables the transfer of form configurations between applications, allowing you to create and test forms before deploying them on your production system. It supports various form types, including include, standalone, and multi-instance standalone forms.

When importing a form with the same identifier, it will automatically update the existing configuration with the matching identifier. 

Exporting Form Configurations

1. Go to Setup- Forms- Select a form
2. Select “Export Config” 
3. Verify export file, Example file:  “FINES_Config.xml”

Importing Form Configurations

1. Go to Setup - Forms - NEW
2. Select “Choose File” 
3. Select “Import Config”
4. Click Apply

Form Configuration Job Tasks

There are two job tasks available to export a form config from on application and import the config into another application.

1. Form Config Export 
2. Form Config Import
