How to resolve a payment SYSTEM_FAILURE

When you receive a SYSTEM_FAILURE that means something either got severed during the submission or there was a technical hiccup at the processor.  

Troubleshooting options:

1.  If it's a single payment that throws the error in real time have your staff try again immediately.

2. If it was a single scheduled payment and fails when the job has run, unfortunately, the payment information will need to be re-secured and submitted again.  (I know this can be hard to do as it's tough to get the consumer on the phone again).  

3. If the payment fails and it's in a long term (active) payment plan.  Adjust the active payment plan adding an additional payment for tomorrow's date.
