Our Latest and Greatest Big Release
Judgment Case Management
Our newest upgrade to our software that we are most excited about this month is our Judgment Case Management tool. This is a large and detailed new tool that we have been working on over the last year and are excited to release this now to our customers.
There are a lot of cool features we are really proud of with this new tool, such as being able to have multiple cases per account as seen below
We have "action buttons" that will help to guide each step of setting up the case for the account
Accounts in judgments status will be labeled in the account summary
Along with our new judgments tool we have added a new note type for legal as seen in the screenshot below as the orange note inserts

Always Improving - Isn't ACE Great?
Option for credit reporting to send credit reports for a group as one entry to the credit reporter. For example, medical collections, one consumer has multiple accounts for a doctor visit that took place on the same day, there is now an option to group those accounts as one entry to the credit reporter. This can be set at the Credit Reporting vendor level by checking the box Group on Service Date.
Created a user role that will restrict use of lists. When a user has this role they will not have the ability to export lists, print lists, add or remove any columns to lists. Role is Restricted_list.
Reference for client forms in letters, using client_form.
Added Created By and Create Date information added to reports, you will now see who created the report and when as well as who updated the report and when.
VoiceMail Drops has been added to the Account Workflow Actions.
All communication through text messaging is now being stored in the Text Logs on the account, including communication that happens outside of the system. Text messages can be sent from a drop down list of choices from the phone screen as well as
Opting in that happens outside of the system, i.e. letter sent, is now reflected in ACE, a job will run nightly to then import those opt ins into the system and then these opt-in/opt-out statuses will be reflected in ACE.
We also have a new field in the debt record "virtualAgentLoginUrl" that is a URL that you can send in a Text Msg that is a "short url" that will "auto-login" a user into the Virtual Agent.
Recent Accounts now displays 15 accounts instead of 5.
All configuration changes made to ACE are now tracked in an audit log. To view these changes, you need the AUDIT_VIEW permission. The audit logs can be found under Utilities -> Audit Logs.
