Support During Holidays
While our offices are closed on holidays, we provide 24×7×365 emergency support for down system incidents. A down system is defined as a scenario where no users are able to log into the ACE system. For all other issues, please refer to our standard support response times based on severity.

If your system is completely down after regular business hours or during a holidays, you can access support through our emergency line:
Call our main number at (360) 604-3531 and select option “7” to obtain immediate assistance.
Note: Support representatives do not monitor tickets or emails outside normal business hours.
