    Article summary

Below is an example of how Standard net invoices look on the customers profile page.

This is what it is going to look like on the customers invoice that they will then send out to their customer. You can see they have sent their client a bill for the amount that their client owes them. The breakdown below shows that their client has no past due balance but that what they collected and the commissions they have earned from their client has come out to be more than what they kept and that their client now owes them $8.72. Should their client fail to pay them this before they run their next invoice, the $8.72 will then move up to the Past Due Balance section.

You can also see a section for any checks the customer might owe their client. If for some instance the customer might owe the client money, for example they owed then $10.00 at the next invoice run, however their client has yet to pay the $8.72 then in the fields below would look like this

    Past Due Balance:  $8.72

    Client Adjustments: $0.00

Our Check Enclosed For: $8.72-$10.00= -1.28

Please Remit Your Check For: $1.28

The invoice will also show their customer the break down of what the customer (the agency) has paid and what it is due, as well as what was paid by the client (our customers client) and what is due to the agency (our customer) from the client.
