All letters in the ACE system must be edited through Open Office/Libre Office only. In order to edit letters, customers will need to be connected to the ACE database and they can only do so by using OpenOffice/LibreOffice.
If the sections on the letter are not highlighted in grey then the customer is most likely using the wrong software to edit their letters/invoices.
When editing a letter, the customer will want to drag and drop the items they are wanting to use in the letter from the headers in the database table.
Once the customer is done editing their letter they will want to make sure to save the letter and reload it into their system to replace the previous template.
