Remove Libre Office Watermark

Generally, it is recommended that Sample letter content be copied from the Sample Letter Template and pasted into a new Libre Office Document before altering it for use. This ensures that the Watermark will no longer be part of the content.

Alternatively, if an agency's letter template has been created from on of our Libre Office templates, here are the steps to remove the watermark after the fact.

1. Download the letter template from the letter profile in ACE
2. Open the letter template
3. From the Menus, select Format - Page.

4. From the Page Style: Default Style Dialog box, left click the Area tab

5. From the Area tab, select the Fill drop down and change the selection from Bitmap to None

6. Left click OK

7. Save the letter template.

8. Upload the letter template to the letter profile.
