    Article summary

    Demographic Unified Name Field

When loading accounts via the ETL loader with a unified name mapped to an ACE Demographic Unified Name field, the ACE unified name parser will attempt to parse the name to distinct name fields based on the following formats:

    FIRST LAST
    FIRST MIDDLE LAST
    LAST, FIRST
    LAST, FIRST SUFFIX
    LAST, FIRST MIDDLE
    LAST SUFFIX, FIRST
    LAST SUFFIX, FIRST MIDDLE
    FIRST MIDDLE LAST SUFFIX
    LAST, FIRST MIDDLE SUFFIX
    LAST, PREFIX FIRST MIDDLE
    LAST_PREFIX LAST, FIRST
    LAST, FIRST MIDDLE LAST_PREFIX
    LAST, FIRST LAST_PREFIX
    LAST, FIRST MIDDLE
    LAST, FIRST MIDDLE MAIDEN

    ACE Name Parser

The ACE unified name parser will attempt to recognize the following when it parses names provided in the formats listed above:

Prefixes - "MR", "MRS", "MS", "DR", "PROF"
Suffixes - "I", "II", "III", "IV", "V", "VI", "JR", "SR", "MD", "DVM", "PHD", "ESQ"
Last Name Prefixes - "DE", "SAN"

    Note
If the ACE Unified Name Parser is not able to resolve the name format to be parsed to individual fields, the name will be loaded to the Company Name field for the demographic record.
