# Manual New Account and Itemization Transaction Entry

This article will demonstrate how to add Itemization details when [Manually Adding Accounts](/v1/docs/how-do-i-manually-add-an-account-in-ace) into ACE.

1. The "Difference" indicates transactions between itemization and assignment.
2. Enter each itemization transaction carefully.
3. Select "Add" after entering each transaction.
4. Incorrect transactions can be easily removed.
5. Enter itemization transactions until the balance matches "Itemization Current Balance" and "Assigned Balance."
6. Ensure all other required fields are completed before saving the account.
