This article will demonstrate how to modify an existing Payment Plan.
Payment Plans can be modified to update payment credentials in addition to other aspects of the payment plan.
Modify a payment plan
- Click on Active Payment Plan in the account sidebar
- In the Plan Information section, click Modify
- ACE will automatically present the payment plan page
- Click Yes, in the Confirm Modify Payment Plan pop-up
- Locate and make appropriate modifications
- Click Save
Please Note
The modified plan is essentially like a new payment plan. Therefore, it is important to be sure the values, details and dates entered in it are accurate.
Just as with a new payment plan, a payment scheduled for the same date will begin being processed in ACE when the payment plan is saved.
