This article explains how to modify an existing payment plan.
Payment plans can be modified to update payment credentials, amounts, dates, frequency, or other plan details.
Permission Required
Users must have the PAYMENT_PLAN_MODIFY permission to see the Modify option.
When enabled, the Modify option appears next to Apply and Deactivate on an active payment plan.

Modify a payment plan
- Click Active Payment Plan in the account sidebar
- In the Plan Information section, click Modify
- Click Yes in the Confirm Modify Payment Plan pop-up
- Update the necessary fields
- Click Save

Please Note
- Carefully review all values, details, and dates before saving.
- If a payment is scheduled for the same date the plan is saved, processing begins immediately upon saving.
