    Create a Multi-Instance Form

    Setup  -> Forms


    To illustrate how to create a Multi-Instance Form, we will use Property References as an example. 

    1. Select New

    2. Enter data into the fields

    3. Click Apply

    Note in the example below, Allow Multiple Instances Per Type is marked True


    To illustrate the next process, we will incorporate three Form Fields into the Form Page. 

    For this demonstration, on Step 5 use the example Identifiers listed in the table below:

    Identifier

    Field Type

    Reference Name

    String

    Reference Contact

    Text Area

    Reference Type

    Select

    1. Click New

    2. The Form name will auto populate

    3. Enter data in the required fields

    4.  Click Save

    5. Repeat this step if additional Identifiers are needed


    1.  After Save is clicked, the page will return to the Form Page

    2. Click Apply

    Test the Multi-Instance Form

    1. Open an account

    2. Locate the new Multi-Instance Form in the account sidebar


    1. Click on the Multi-Instance Form to enter relative information needed

    2. Click Save
