Public Folder
There is now a folder in your ACE File Manager where public facing images can be stored.
Images stored here can be included in email templates using the new Email User Interface (UI) described below. Storing images in this way ensures consumers can see the images in the emails they receive.
Updated Email User Interface (UI)
The ACE Email UI has been updated to be more intuitive. It includes familiar application controls to format text and tables, along with the ability to insert images, fields and loops from list controls.
The UI currently Displays pop up fields as you are using it that can sometimes make it hard to see and use the feature set. This is a known issue. To resolve it at this time, please refresh the page you are working on or save and reopen the page.
Email Demographic Template Access
Email templates can now be manually selected by an agent from the Account's Demographic Email page.
- If the email address is opted in, a "Send Email" section will be visible below the Email Logs section.
- An agent will be able to select from the available email templates to send a message.
- Custom Content will be placed in the delivered email where the ${customContent} tag has been entered in the email template.
- The page for an email address that is not opted in will not show a "Send Email" section.
- This feature requires the user to have the "DEMOGRAPHIC_EMAIL_SEND" Permission. Permission Roles with the "DEMOGRAPHIC_EMAIL_SAVE" will automatically have the new "DEMOGRAPHIC_EMAIL_SEND" Permission added to them.
Email Logs Via ETL
When loading email logs via ETL, there is now a "Send Date" field available in addition to the "Sent Date".
- When Send Date is left blank or if the Send Date field is not mapped, the Send Date defaults to today's date.
- Future dated emails will only be sent if all required data is populated in the email log data loaded including an email body.
- Email status can now be loaded using the Email Log ETL load method.
- If the Send Date or the Sent Date loaded represent dates in the past, the populated field will be loaded to both and the status will be set as SENT regardless of the status specified in the file.
- If the Send Date and the Sent Date loaded both represent dates in the past, both will be populated with the Sent Date value and the status will be set as SENT regardless of the status specified in the file.
- If neither the Send Date nor the Sent Date are in the past, the status will be loaded as specified in the file.
Bundle Propagation
Account Attorney is now an available option to be selected for Bundle Propagation under Setup / Accounts / Bundling. When checked, if there is an Account Attorney on the Primary Account in the bundle, it will propagate to other accounts in the bundle.
Text Message Logs
A "Created By" column is now available to be added to the list fields in the "Text Log" page.
Get Help
As of this Release, our new "Get Help" is no longer in Beta. We have removed the old "Get Help" link and all of the help content is available in the new help documents. You will also find updated help menu items to access and submit tickets along with a link for release notes.
LiveVox Click-to-Call Update
If an agent attempts to “click to call” from an ACE account without first logging in to their LiveVox application:
- The agent will be presented with the following error: Failed to dial phone: Unexpected error: "requested agent has not joined the queue yet"
- The phone number attempted won’t be queued up in LiveVox the next time they log in
Client Access User Two Factor Authentication (2FA/MFA)
Customers now have the option of giving their clients a way to require two factor authentication (2FA) that will last for 30 days.
In order to use this feature, customers set a checkbox (Boolean) field option to true in the Setup / System / Settings.
Once this feature is enabled, clients:
- will need to log in as usual
- will be presented with an option to receive their two factor authentication code via email or text (if a text/SMS vendor is configured)
- after receiving their four digit code and entering it on the next page, the client will be logged in and will be prompted for the 2FA every 30 days
- If the client has not yet changed their initial default password, they will still be prompted to change it upon their initial login
Logic Blocks
After saving a logic block flow action in an action path, a direct link to the logic block is now visible from the flow action.
Client Account Number & Customer Client Code
The Client Account Number and Customer Client Code are now columns available to be added to the list fields visible in the Transactions section of the Invoice Detail.
Client Access User Upload Folders
You can now design a query in the SQL Designer to view all client access users that may be missing an associated Upload Folder. The "upload_folder" field was added to the "auth_user_passwd" view.
Fixed These
- The field parameters used in the subject line of an Action Path's "Send Demographic Email" Flow Action are now used for the email being sent regardless of the template selected.
- A problem was fixed where some account document attachments were not included in a letter profile's email. This was because there were more than 25 files available.
- When an email address displayed in the summary section of an account is opted out, the green highlighting is now removed from the email address.
- Date of Birth changes will continue to be reflected in account notes, however, there will no longer be an additional note related to the simultaneous Date of Birth AGE change.
- Multiple email addresses in a Client Profile Information Section were not all receiving email. Valid email addresses for email sent in relationship to a Letter Profile with the “Client” Mail To Address, are now each receiving the email.
- The "Document: Zip" Job Task now has a checkbox field (Boolean) option to combine all matching files into a single archive. It previously created individual zip files for each file matching the Mask.
- Text message pages now show only text message templates associated with the selected vendor.
- View notes are no longer being duplicated when a Client Access User is viewing an account.
- Inbound text messages from unknown callers without a linked account can once again be responded to from the ACE Text Message Manager.
- When an Action Path "Back to Worklist" Flow Action is used, an account note is now recorded to the account.
- Client access users can no longer backdate payments to a date prior to the end date of the last invoice period.
