Get ready to witness a groundbreaking transformation in the world of ACE! We've been hard at work crafting an enhancement that will reshape the way consumers experience your platform. Today, we're thrilled to give you an exclusive sneak peek into the future of the InterProse ACE Virtual Agent!
We're Calling it VA 2.0...
Imagine consumers conveniently connecting to an account page like this:
And making a payment on a page that looks like this:
Our development team is in the middle of refining the game-changing design features for the new Virtual Agent coming your way in the months ahead.
We've listened to customer feedback and industry experts so we're incorporating the following to seriously streamline consumer payment:
- What is the biggest roadblock consumers face when trying to pay online? Getting logged in (40% drop out at the sign in page). InterProse VA 2.0 uses a unique proprietary algorithm to significantly increase the likelihood a consumer will be able to login and make that payment.
- Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal in addition to the existing secure options
- Easy and consistent access from consumer devices
- Fully ADA compliant
- Single payment and payment plan flexibility
- Consumer can view and upload document easily
- Simple Virtual Agent administration
- Chat with an agent; speaking of chat, see the bit below about RainMaker!
InterProse RainMaker Chatbot
Along with the new Virtual Agent on the horizon, we're bringing you chatbot functionality!
Stay tuned for updates as we get closer to the big reveal when these features are available for you to begin implementing! We're committed to enhancing your experience and productivity with ACE and this is just the beginning!
Document: Zip File Date Format
There is a new optional “File Date Format” field available for the “Document: Zip” job task that can be used to apply a date property to the resulting zip files.
Document: Rename - Adjust Date Property
A new dateAdjustment property can be used preceding the date property in a Document: Rename Job Task to save the document name with a date that is different from the current date. See examples below which show how you can use the property to set the date as a future or past date incrementally.
Solutions By Text (SBT 2.0)
If a supervisor is logged in at the time an inbound SBT 2.0 message is received, a "No One Available" type message should not be received by the consumer even if a primary agent for the account is not logged in.
Fixed These:
- The ability to use a client specific service id in place of the default LiveVox Settings Service ID was not working as expected and it has been fixed.
- Customers in Canada should now be able to upload and store images to their public File Manager folder and insert images from those stored into email profiles. Previously this was not working in Canada.
