New Reporting and Dashboards On The Way

Advance Notice: A Sneak Peek at the Future of Reporting

InterProse is excited to announce our upcoming upgrade to reports, dashboards, and new self-service reporting tools. These enhancements represent the next step in empowering users with greater flexibility and control — a long-term goal focused on helping you access and visualize your data more effectively.

Beginning with the October 2025 Release, customers will see a Preview option within ACE. This preview offers a first look at the new HI (Helical Insights) Reporting experience, allowing you to explore the updated interface and begin familiarizing yourself with the upcoming tools. Feel free to click around, experiment, and start envisioning how you might use these enhanced features.

Please note:

  • This is an exploratory preview — designed for early access and familiarization rather than production use. Additional features, refinements, and guided resources will continue rolling out with the November 2025 Release. Reports created and saved while previewing should continue to be available.

  • No changes are being made to the SQL Designer or the Inventory Designer with this upgrade.

  • InterProse is recreating your custom Logi and Analytics reports and will publish them as soon as they are available.

We expect to sunset the original core reports, original dashboards and original custom reports with the December 2025 Release.

Your current reporting experience remains unchanged at this time. Documentation and demonstrations will be published with the January 2026 Release, to help you start building and customizing reports independently.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as you become accustomed to the new tools. We’re confident that the improvements ahead will make your experience smoother, and more intuitive than ever.

We are committed to making this transition as smooth as possible. Our team will be standing by to support you, ensuring you can take advantage of these new tools as they come online. Thank you for trusting us to keep your business ahead of the curve through continuous innovation and technology improvements.

To access the preview:

  1. Select the Reports Menu

  2. Select the Preview New Reporting Submenu option

Please Note

  • At this time, we cannot offer training or documentation support.

  • You may reference the Helical Insights (HI) Video Guide and Documentation Guide.

  • Be on the lookout for an early article pointing to the HI documentation and a demo or two related to creating reports while previewing.

The Helical Insights (HI) Video Guide and Documentation Guide can be accessed from the HI reporting menu ? (Help) icon. Some help content published there may describe features not available in ACE.

Payments ETL Load Method

Fields to load a Settlement Amount, Settlement Percent and Number of Payments have been added to the Payments ETL load method. These fields are strictly for use when loading payment plan data and should only be populated in the last payment record being loaded for the payment plan.

Payment Plans Move Job Task

The Payment System: Payment Plans Move job task can now be used to move secure payment plans to promise plans.

For more information about this job task, see the article: Managing Payment Destinations.

Please Note

A promise plan cannot be moved or returned to a secure payment plan using this job task.

Information Category Time Restriction Exception

The “Information” Category for Email and Text Message profiles will no longer follow valid time restrictions (8am - 9pm) per a consumer’s time zone and Email vendor and Text vendor configuration. This will ensure that messages configured to be in the Information category, such as payment receipts can be received in a timely manner by a consumer.

For more information about categories, please review these two articles:

Creating Email Profiles

Understanding Text Categories

Please Note

It is recommended that email and text message profiles in the Information category be reviewed to ensure receiving them outside of the valid time window meets with requirements. If not, their category should be changed.

Virtual Agent Person Update Trigger

The onAfterVirtualAgentPersonUpdate trigger was being initiated each time a consumer logged into the VA, even when no changes were made.

Now a login with no changes will continue to include a “Virtual Agent Login” note but will no longer initiate the onAfterVirtualAgentPersonUpdate trigger and will no longer include a “Last Login Date” note.

Please Note

If upon login, a consumer confirms contact details that were updated by a user in ACE between logins, the onAfterVirtualAgentPersonUpdate trigger will be initiated and the onAfterVirtualAgentPersonContactUpdate may also be initiated.

TCN User Token

If a TCN user account is updated, there is now an option to “Clear Token” on the user profile. Now, when it’s replaced, it will work as expected.

Rainmaker Preferences

There is a new field available to be used in the Rainmaker Preferences “rainmaker_custom_prompt.txt” and Rainmaker condition flow action. It can be used to initiate an Action Path. This could be used to initiate a variety of workflow, including flagging accounts for follow-up or moving accounts to a specific worklist.

Here is an example of the syntax to point to an Action Path:

${RAINMAKER_FUNCTION::ActionPath({ActionPathID:7168})}

Here is an example of how this might be used in a Rainmaker Prompt file:

  • "If the consumer asks to "discuss", "connect", "talk" or otherwise communicate about the account, respond with  ${RAINMAKER_FUNCTION::ActionPath({ActionPathID:7168})} and "We'll call you as soon as possible."

  • In this example, if all Chat Vendor and Virtual Agent "Enable Rainmaker" options are set to true and an inbound chat is interpreted as true, the Action Path will be initiated and the consumer will receive the response shown in the prompt.

  • Likewise, if all of the text message vendor "Enable RainMaker" options are set to true and an inbound text message is interpreted as true, the Action Path will be initiated and the consumer will receive the response shown in the prompt.

For details related to configuring a Rainmaker Prompt, please see the article for Rainmaker Preferences.

Please Note

When creating a Rainmaker prompt that will be used to initiate an Action Path, it is imperative to also include some sort of response to the consumer at the same time.

Debt Groups

A debt group can now be exported with other data in a forwarding Export file.

  • Syntax for a field representing a debt group: debtGroup.[groupIdentifier]

  • For example, with a debtGroup called "codes"

    • And value options of optionA, optionB, or optionC

  • Using this syntax,

    • the field would look like this: debtGroup.codes

    • and the exported data would include the value populated in that debt group for a single account, for example; "optionB"

Vendor Identifiers Field

There is now a field available in the Forwarding → Placements list where “Vendor Identifiers” will be listed as comma-separated values.

Sonnet By Provana/Palinode

The "Disputes: Palinode Sonnet" job task import method now supports importing multiple images (documents) for each Sonnet dispute.

Jobs

There is new option to select (or deselect) job tasks in a job as "All Active." This will make it easier to narrow jobs with many tasks down to the job tasks that need to be tested and verified or run independently.

Fixed These:

  • Previously, when pasting a phone number including a preceding “1” into the Phone search field in the blue toolbar, the last digit of the phone number was automatically dropped, corrupting the search. Now the U.S. Country Code will be automatically removed.

  • Letters with payment schedules being sent via email and initiated by the onAfterPromisePaymentInsert trigger were not including the schedule data expected. This has been fixed.

  • Letters configured to include the newest only PDF document were not working as expected. This has been fixed.

  • Clearing ACE cache was sometimes resulting in an error when an ETL: Engine job task was running. This has been fixed.

  • The debt note associated with an inbound email was not properly linking to the received email on the email queue page. It is now.

  • When viewing text log entries and selecting a different phone number, there was a scenario where the phone number was not displaying the phone number or log for the phone number selected.

  • There was a situation where an error was displayed when attempting to alter a sub client’s primary client. This has been fixed.

  • Changes or updates to the Original Primary National ID will now be masked in the same manner as changes to the Social Security Number stored with Demographic records.

  • Settlement promo codes used from the VA were erroring out. This has been fixed.
