Nuvei No Fee To Biller


Through our new partnership with the payment provider Nuvei were offering additional payment processing program, no fee to biller (NFTB).

 NFTB provides the option for your organization to pass the cost of card acceptance to the card holder. When used, ACE will automatically create a second transaction with the consumers credit card fee at the time of the transaction.

Email in ACE

ACE Fields for Email

The consumer log in url field, “Account Virtual Agent Login Url,” is now available to be added to email templates in ACE. Please look for a “Monthly Tips & Tricks” article on this topic.

The following fields are also now available to be added to email templates in ACE.

  1. Unique Clients (each client represented in the bundle of accounts will be included once in this field) - ${bundle.customerClientCodeList}
  2. Client Account Numbers (each unique client account number represented in the bundle of accounts will be included once in this field) - ${bundle.clientAccountNumberList}
  3. Customer Account Numbers (each debt ID in a bundle will be included in this field) - ${bundle.customerAccountNumberList}

Email Status

 If the same email address is stored to different accounts, demographics or bundles throughout the ACE application, when the email address is changed to an inactive status for any account or demographic, the inactive status will also be updated for the other instances of the email address.

InterProse ACE Virtual Agent 2.0

Generate Remits - Client Code

There is now a column available to display the Client Code in the Pending Remits and Queued Remits sections.

Invoice Titles

Invoice titles can be customized to include some date, time, invoice and customers fields. The following field values can be added to a new Filename Template field in the Invoice Profile to be included as part of a generated invoice's name.

  • ${client.companyName}
  • ${invoice.invoiceNumber}
  • ${today}

There is now a new field, Resolution Date, available to be displayed in the columns of the Dispute List Page.

Forms

There are two new job tasks that allow a customer to export a form config from one application and import the config into another application.

Note
The ability to export and import Form Configs should only be used when initially setting up forms prior to their use storing live data. Previous data stored to a replaced Form Config will no longer be available.



Text Alerts

For supervisors working text messages, if an agent is assigned to the account associated with the text message, the supervisor will see that mentioned in the alert.

Fixed These:

  • Rerunning a failed payment was returning a blank page. That is no longer occurring.
  • Previously large payments did not pay off multiple scheduled promises in a promise plan. They now do.
  • When navigating to a demographic phone number, specifically from the Phone Main field in the summary, the “Send Text Message” selector is now populated when it was not before.
  • Previously, the ${customer.companyName} field populated in the “From Name” of an Email Profile in ACE, was showing up as the sender when a consumer received email messages scheduled using the Action Path Send Demographic Email flow action. Now the same is true for the Send Email flow action.
  • Invoices can now be searched for by Invoice Number without needing to identify the associated Client Code.
  • Reactivating payment plans will now also reactivate scheduled payments beyond the current date. Please note: skipped scheduled payments (between the deactivating of the payment plan and the reactivating of it) will not be reactivated automatically and will need to be manually added to the plan at the customer’s discretion.
  • Generate empty invoice with past due balance now works via job in addition to continuing to work manually.
