    Thanks for joining us at the ACE User Conference!

    We're putting some great changes in place as a result of your feedback at the conference and your ongoing feedback through support channels. Here is a list of the most recent changes:

    • You can now clone email templates
    • You can now clone ITMS text templates
    • The client commission rate label can now be viewed in the client profiles list
    • Credit card expiration dates are now visible for payment plans
    • The validation return date column can be added to the account bundle list
    • A cancel date field can now be added to the account summary
    • Account documents can be viewed simultaneously for bundle member accounts now (see article below)

    Enhanced ELS

    We are excited to launch the Enhanced ELS product, which comes with new integrated email functionality. This new feature will detect opens, deliveries, bounces and complaints, enabling you to automate responses and improve your engagement strategies.

    In addition, we have added a Send Demographic Email flow action, which will make it easier for you to opt-in consumers. We have also enabled email profiles/templates to be cloned, saving time and streamlining workflow.

    Opening email records in an account is now as simple as clicking on the email address in the account summary section.

    Enhanced ELS requires the use of the AWS email service integration and is a package add-on. For more information about this exciting new option, please reach out to sales@interprose.com.


    New ACE Help (Beta)

    With this release, you'll see the Beta version of our new ACE Help Center.

     

    You can continue to access your tickets from the current "Get Help" menu as we roll things out. To learn more about navigating the new ACE Help Center, use the link below.


    Standalone Forms and Bundle Member Accounts

    Standalone forms, including multi-instance forms, can now be filled out and be applied simultaneously to more than one bundle member account. There is now an option to select which members to apply the filled out form record to.

     

    For multi-instance standalone forms, when bundle members are selected and saved with form entry, a new form record will be created for each selected account.

     

    For single instance standalone forms, each account can only have a single instance of the form populated. After a single instance form has been populated for an account, if there is an attempt to populate it from other bundle members, an error will be displayed.

    ITMS Invitation Update

    In February, we introduced the ability to create text messages in a category of "INVITATION" with a maximum number of invitations set in the ITMS vendor record.

     

    When a consumer phone number is opted out, an agent with the permission to send text messages will be able to open the phone demographic page and still have access to send a text message in the invitation category.

     

    Please note:

    • If the phone number has already received the maximum number of invitation text messages a error message will be displayed noting that
    • This error could be the result of a phone number being sent invitations in association with a different account

    Dispute Account Bundle Members

    The flow action for disputing accounts now includes an option to "Include bundle members." Disputes will only be applied in this manner to bundle member accounts with current balances.


    Documents

    Bundle Member Account Documents

    There is now a filter available where users with permission to access account documents can review and download account documents for all member accounts in the bundle by selecting a filter option.


    Account Documents - Account Workflow Actions

    The "Last Work Date" and "Last Activity Date" can now be set when documents have been uploaded to accounts. The dates will be set based on either of these selections when any of the following activities occur:

    • A document is manually uploaded to an account
    • A consumer uploads a document in the Virtual Agent
    • Documents are loaded to accounts using an "Account Documents: Transfer From" job task

    Client Access User Documents

    When a client access user interface has "Allow access to Client folders in File Manager" set to true, the client access users with that user interface will be able to access client file manager folders and documents. Client access users with primary client data roles will also be able to access the file manager folders for sub-clients.

    Workflow - Phone Status

    The phone status workflow to set up "Evaluation Rules" now has an option to specify a dialer to apply to the rule. If left empty, the rule will apply for all dialers.


    Performance Enhancements

    This month, the development team has worked on several enhancements to the user interface resulting in a better experience for agents and administrators when doing the following activities:

    • Adding new worklists
    • Updating user roles
    • Updating forms and form fields
    • Providing support access
    • Loading and accessing email log records
    • Generating letter template based vendor files

    Fixed These:

    • Bundle letters without any eligible member accounts are no longer marked as sent and job log messages will be recorded

    • Fixed balance sync process

    • Form list options are no longer being duplicated on save

    • Credit reporting notes are no longer suppressed by ETL notes suppression

    • Removed hovering tooltip in transaction section so it doesn't hide content on mobile device

    • Historical phone logs can now be loaded to zero balance accounts

    • Fixed text log cancel button so it returns to the account page

    • Fixed database connection issue impacting emails being sent

    • Invitation ITMS messages are now being sent as expected up to the identified maximum
    • Manual ITMS invitations can now be sent when there is no prior text history on an account

    • Validation Notice dates are no longer set when scheduled, only when exported or sent

    • Email no longer fails due to a ZIP code being null

    • LiveVox contact and do not contact update issues have been resolved

    • The minimum $500 threshold for reporting medical debt has been updated to be based on the original assigned amount rather than the current balance
