Hi (oops, I don't have your first name in our database!),

Below are the updates and fixes we will be pushing out to all of our customers.

We can’t wait to deliver further improvements to you in the months ahead!

We are expecting the downtime for deploying this update to be ten to fifteen minutes.

    All the best,

Your friends at The InterProse Corporation

    Improved JR/SR parsing on ETL.

ACE can now parse and assign JR/SR from a unified name.

    Mass Opt-In:

It is now possible to mass opt in all accounts under a client for ELS, or a set of accounts via action path. This option can be enabled in the client profile. Turning on the opt in setting does not affect existing accounts under that client, only new additions after it is enabled. If you wish to opt in existing accounts under that client you will have to use the 'Set ELS Status' Action Path.

If a legal case is created with a co-signer option selected, the any co-signer demographic on the account will carry over into the judgment account when it is created.
