ACE Release Notes - 04/21/19

Cool New Upgrades
No Rest for the Weary Programmer!
- Searching by Case # is now available in the tool bar
- The Cancelled pill in the account summary now has a tool tip that lets the user know when and why the account was cancelled
- Gross invoices with negative past due balances, for example an overpayment from the client, will now net that past due amount into the amount they owe
- The name of the action path on the trigger page is now a link that will lead the user to said action path
- All accounts associated with a judgment will show a "Judgment Satisfied" pill in the account summary when the judgment is fully satisfied
- The user can now create an associated responsible party account using an existing non- primary demographic by clicking on the new button to Move To Responsible Party will appear. This requires the user to have the permission ACCOUNT_DEBT_RP_IDENTIFIER_UPDATE
- Transaction date is now able to be modified for transactions that have NOT been invoiced
- Accounts will now show Potential Bundle options on accounts that have been excluded from bundling based on the Bundle Settings
- A new flow action has been added for setting a Primary Agent, the Class Name is Set Primary Agent, previously the class name would need to be Set Account Field, the user would have to choose Primary Agent and then input the users ID#. The new flow is now a drop down of agent names to choose from
- There is now a Reaffirmation Date field on the account in the Debt Information table

Modification to How Reaffirmation Indicators Are Being Sent to Credit Bureau
This information is selected via the Bankruptcy link in the left hand menu of the account and the selection chosen from the drop down seen below is now being sent off to the credit bureau.
Please note that this information can only be sent if the bankruptcy is in Chapter 7 chapter type. There are 3 Consumer Information Indicators that will be sent off to the credit bureau:
If there is no status set on the bankruptcy record we now will send a blank Consumer Information Indicator.

Add payment information to wallet after payment has been taken
A collector can now add credit card and ACH payment information to the Payment Wallet after a payment has been taken. If the collector forgets to check the "Save to Wallet" box as seen in the screen capture here:
The new feature gives a second opportunity to save the detail to the wallet immediately after the payment is posted as seen below:
Making Things Right
- Fixed - Form fields for Debt Trans table now available in Analytics
- Fixed - Workflow actions for Phone In/Out that were setting the PA on the account and propagation was turned on for the Primary Collector was not propagating
- Fixed - The cancel/reactivate account button no longer shows up on the client access view based on the permissions/settings on the client access configuration page
- Fixed - ELS letters were sending to the email of the debt the ELS was scheduled on and not the Primary list of emails
- Fixed - ETL loader wasn't updating the "Do Not Credit Report" field
- Fixed - ETL - Address Update was updating addresses based on loose match criteria that allowed an address in an update file to update an existing address that was similar, but still different
- Fixed - Blank error pop up used to inconsistently appear when posting a payment
