# Set Itemization Fields via Action Path

When setting Itemization Data Source via Action Path, you will want to use the action path class "set account field." The value must be in all caps and multiple words are separated by underscores.

### Valid Options for Itemization Date Source:

- LAST_STATEMENT_DATE
- LAST_SERVICE_DATE
- LAST_PAYMENT_DATE
- LAST_CHARGE_DATE
- JUDGMENT_DATE
- CHARGE_OFF_DATE

### Creating the Action Path

1. Go to Setup - Workflow - Action Paths.
2. Click on "New" to create a new Action Path.
3. Right-click on the container.
4. Click on "Edit".
5. Enter a label for the Action Path (e.g., Itemization Date Source").
6. Provide a description
7. Click "Save".
8. Right-click on "Itemization Date Source".
9. Click on "New".
10. Select the desired flow actions from the dropdown menu (e.g., "Set Account Field").
11. Click "Save".
12. Action Paths are containers of Flow Actions that represents steps to be followed in response to a Trigger, Job, or Action Code being initiated, defining the workflow for automated processes.

It is also possible for the flow actions within an Action Path to result in other triggers that initiate additional Action Paths.
