The recommended limit is 100,000 rows. Enter -1 for no limit; unlimited results may affect performance. | | Maximum ETL Threads | Controls the maximum number of ETL threads that can run simultaneously. **Contact InterProse Support before changing this value**, as incorrect settings can affect system performance. The default is **10**. | | Maximum Concurrent MMS Image Generations | Controls the maximum number of MMS images that can be generated at the same time. | | Require Additional Authentication for Client Access Users | Requires Client Access users to complete two-factor authentication when signing in. | | Client Access 2FA Trusted-Device Days | Determines how many days a trusted device can be used before two-factor authentication is required again. | | Text Message Vendor for Authentication Texts | Select the text message vendor used to send Client Access authentication codes. | | Default Bundle Selection for Payments/Plans | Automatically selects the current account when posting payments, creating payment plans, recording disputes, or filing bankruptcy. Bundle lists are also collapsed by default. | | Dispute Accounts Separately | Creates a separate dispute record for each selected bundled account. Each dispute must be managed independently. | | Include Original Demographics in Account Search | Enables the **Include Original Demographics** option in **Accounts → Search**. When selected, searches include both current and original demographic values, allowing users to locate accounts using previous information such as a former name or date of birth. | | Debug Debt Flags | Identifies debt flags that should be enabled for debugging purposes. This setting should be modified only under the direction of InterProse Support. | > [!NOTE] > Dispute Accounts Separately > > When this option is set to true and multiple accounts are selected for dispute: > > 1. Each account will have a separate dispute record created. > 2. Each account's dispute will need to be resolved separately. > 3. Once a dispute is filed, the summary DISPUTED pill includes a quick link to the dispute record (including a link to a single dispute record for multiple bundle accounts when this option is set to false) #### Language Support: The Language Support section controls the languages available throughout the portal. | Field | Description | | --- | --- | | English | check if yes/leave blank if no | | Spanish | check if yes/leave blank if no | #### Maintenance Settings: Maintenance Settings define the preferred method and maintenance window for InterProse to deploy new releases or patches to your ACE portal. | **Field** | **Description** | | --- | --- | | **Method*** | Determines how new releases are applied. **On Schedule:** ACE updates are deployed automatically according to the configured schedule and maintenance window. **On Demand:** ACE sends an alert when a new release is available.
