Set the Primary Collector Day Limit

Setup-Users Profiles, left click a profile

From the User Profile list:

  • Left click to view a user profile
  • Scroll down to the "Agent Goals Settings" section
  • Specify a specific number of days that an account should stay with the "primary" collector before the account is available to be reassigned to another collector.
    • There is also an option to set a Secondary Collector Day Limit


OR to set the default, Setup -Users- Preferences

  • There is also an option to set the Secondary Agent Default Day Limit



Individual user settings will override the default
