# Set the Primary Collector Day Limit

## 

Setup-Users Profiles, left click a profile

From the User Profile list:

- Left click to view a user profile
- Scroll down to the "Agent Goals Settings" section
- Specify a specific number of days that an account should stay with the "primary" collector before the account is available to be reassigned to another collector.
  - There is also an option to set a Secondary Collector Day Limit

OR to set the default, Setup -Users- Preferences

- There is also an option to set the Secondary Agent Default Day Limit
