Logins - Counts the number of successful logins and will count multiple logins from the same user.
Failed - Counts the number of failed logins at the login screen.
% - The percentage of successful logins vs. failed logins.
Duration - Total duration of time of all users on the Virtual Agent.
Avg (min) - Average time per session (user).
Clicks - Average number of clicks of all users.
Pays - Total number of Payments made on the Virtual Agent.
Plans - Total number of Payment Plans created on the Virtual Agent.
Pmt Fail - Total number of failed credit/debit card payments.
Bks - Total number of bankruptcies reported on the Virtual Agent.
Dis - Total number of Disputes reported on the Virtual Agent.
% - The percentage of successful visits on the Virtual Agent. (Successful visits consist of Payments, Payment Plans, reported Bankruptcies and Disputes on the Virtual Agent.)
The Virtual Agent Productivity Dashboard Report is updated in the following time increments.
Today = every 3 minutes
Yesterday = every hour
