Workflow may be unique for every agency. There may be many variables including users who fulfill more than one of the roles listed below.
Best Practice
Before implementing ACE, it is recommended that the agency sketch out the existing workflow and/or the workflow they would like to see implemented.

Example of a basic workflow in ACE
Here is one example of a basic work flow with ACE:
- Agency receives accounts (debts) from a client.
- Accounts are loaded into ACE (Manually or from CSV file).
- Accounts are assigned to a worklist to be worked by a collector.
- Letters may be sent to consumers.
- The collector contacts consumers, records promises to pay and notate accounts.
- Payments are received and entered by a payment collector.
- Transactions are reviewed and payments are processed by a posting collector.
- Invoices are generated.
- Checks are generated for clients.
- Invoices and checks are sent to clients.
- Reports are generated for clients and or agency.

Additional Vendors may be involved in your agency's workflow (letter vendors, dialers etc...)
