What is the Worklist Logic Filter?
The Worklist Logic Filter allows users to filter accounts in worklists based on criteria set in a Logic Block, enabling targeted account management.
Please Note
Worklist Logic Filters are created, edited, and used by specific users.
Users must have the "Worklist – Logic Filter" permission Role.
Filters apply only to the user’s own worklists.
Admins with "Become User" access can create, apply, and test filters on behalf of other users.
How to Access the Worklist Logic Filter
There are two ways to access Logic Filters:
Worklist View Icon:
Access: Users with the "Worklist - Logic Filter" permission role can navigate to the worklist dropdown menu and click the "Worklist View" icon.
View Accounts: See the accounts currently in the selected worklist.
Create or Apply a Filter: Ensure no filter is applied by selecting "No Filter" or leaving it blank, then click "Apply" to create a new filter or select an existing one.
Workflow Menu (with additional permissions):
Access: Users with both "Manage - Worklist" and "Worklist - Logic Filter" permission roles can navigate to Workflow → Worklists, select a worklist, and click "View".
Functionality: This provides the same ability to view, create, and apply filters as the Worklist View Icon.
In the example below, the applied filter is configured to show accounts under the Client Code RTTWK. In this example, “Work Bundle” is enabled therefore the filter is showing the four of the six accounts that are primary accounts in each bundle.
Modifying or Creating a Worklist Logic Filter:
Follow these steps to create or modify a filter:
After selecting worklist view the user will see the current active filter if one has been selected and applied in the dropdown list.

Label: Enter a name (e.g., "Filter to RTTWK accounts").
Description: Add a brief description.
Return Primary Account Only: Check if applicable; leave blank if not.
Add Field: Specify the logic and conditions
Click Apply: Apply the filter criteria.
Click Test: Review the logic block and make any necessary adjustments.
Click Save.
After creating or modifying a filter, apply it by selecting the filter from the Active Filter dropdown list.
Applying the Worklist Filter
Select the filter from the Active Filter dropdown.
Click Apply.
The worklist will now display only the accounts that meet the specified criteria.
Users can navigate through this filtered subset of accounts, working from one to the next.
Key Notes:
Filters are not retained after logging out. Users must reapply saved filters upon logging back in.
If an account no longer matches the filter criteria due to changes, it will automatically be excluded from the filtered worklist.
Only one worklist filter can be active at a time. It applies to all of the user’s worklists until deactivated or replaced.
Filters only apply to accounts already within the worklist.
The "Worklist - Logic Filter" permission is required to use worklist filtering.
