# Restricted Letters

### What are Restricted Letters?

Restricted letters refer to letters that were unable to be sent as scheduled due to certain restrictions. These restrictions often arise when essential information required for sending the letter is missing or incomplete, such as an address.

In some cases, firewall rules may also impose restrictions on sending out letters.

### How Do I Locate Restricted Letters?

Navigate to **Workflow → Restricted Letters**.
