This guide will help you navigate the ACE Help Center and make the most of its features. If you can't find what you need, reach out — we’re here to help!

What You Can Do in the Help Center

  • Ask Eddy AI or search for articles

  • Browse by category or topic

  • Read glossary terms and definitions (hover over underlined words)

  • Navigate using article tables of contents

  • Print, save as PDF, or listen to articles

  • Contact support via live chat

Home Page

The Help Center home page is your starting point.

  • Header: Access links to the InterProse website, Support, Glossary, and What’s New.

  • Main Section: Includes quick links to Security Documentation, Documentation and Release Notes and a Search Bar.

  • Below Main: Displays Recently Created, Recently Modified, and Most Viewed articles, plus a Chat With Us link for support.

  • Footer: Contains links to InterProse products, company information, top features, industries served, and a feedback email.

Finding Articles

There are two primary options to locate articles in our help center.

Search Bar

The search bar at the top of the Help Center serves two purposes:

  1. Ask a question using natural language (e.g., “How do I add permission roles to users”) to get an Eddy AI-generated summary, followed by relevant article links.

  2. Enter keywords or phrases for a more traditional search experience.

  3. The search bar includes:

    1. A placeholder message such as “Chat with Eddy AI or enter Keywords”

    2. A “More article filters” link to refine search results

    3. An AI-powered response box followed by numbered references (e.g., ①, ②)

  4. After Eddy AI provides a summarized answer, you’ll see numbered icons linked to related articles. You can:

    1. Hover over each number to preview the article title and content snippet

    2. Click a number to open the full article in a new tab or view

Category Navigation

Browse an alphabetical list of categories and subcategories on the left side of the page.

Tip: Click the Home icon at any time to return to the main page.

Article Features

Each article may include:

  • Embedded glossary definitions

  • Related article links

  • Infographics and tables

  • A clickable Table of Contents (for longer articles)

  • Print, PDF download, or listen-to-article options

  • A feedback form at the bottom
