On February 12, 2023, our monthly release was deployed.
We have identified a scenario which has resulted in a customer experiencing problems accessing ACE.
A customer with the following in place may have experienced this problem.
- "Send emails between 8am and 9pm only" set to true in Email Preferences
- ELS enabled
- A vendor export job being run outside of the 8am-9am consumer time window with more than 2000 emails or multiple emails to the same account
A patch is being deployed to fix this problem. Customers who may have experienced the problem described above should deploy the fixed release.
In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 10-15 minutes may be experienced.
