On February 12, 2023, our monthly release was deployed.
We have identified a scenario which has resulted in a customer experiencing problems accessing ACE. This is similar to the description for the 2023-02-13 ACE Release Patch, but the scenario for the problem has been updated.
A customer with the following in place may have experienced this problem.
- "Send emails between 8am and 9pm only" set to true in Email Preferences
- ELS enabled
- A vendor export job with more than 2000 emails or multiple emails to the same account
- A customer or consumer email address with a null zip code
A patch is being deployed to fix this problem. Customers who may have experienced the problem described above should deploy the fixed release.
In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 10-15 minutes may be experienced.
