2024-01-14-ace-release-patch Account Document Download
On January 21, 2024 (postponed from the original date of January 14, 2024), our monthly release was deployed.
A problem downloading account documents was identified following the release. Users without Admin level file manager permissions where receiving "Unauthorized Document Lookup" errors when trying to download account documents. The error was caused by a coding change that inadvertently blocked access to documents that where previously accessible to your agents. This issue has been corrected and we have taken measures to ensure this error does not occur in the future.
The problem is fixed with this release patch.
In order to deploy the release, downtime of up to 15 minutes may be experienced.
